The Motorola DOT201 is a cordless phone featuring a blue backlit screen for clear visibility even in low-light environments. GAP compatible for maximum usage flexibility. ECO mode reduces transmission power and energy consumption for a more sustainable use. Other features include mute function to quickly disable the microphone during calls, a log of the last 50 calls, and 10 selectable ringtones. It also supports intercom and call transfer between handsets.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time refers to the time it takes to conduct order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our suppliers for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Order processing takes an additional 2–4 days.

Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. Domestic delivery usually take between 7-14 business days. Note that due to unforeseeable circumstances, items can take longer to arrive at their destination from time to time.

Our return and exchanges policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
